Project background: Chengdu metro line 18 is an express line serving between Chengdu urban area and Chengdu Tianfu airport. It is also a composite line taking into account urban passenger flow and airport passenger flow. The design speed is 140km / h, the total length of the line is 66.16km, and a total of 12 stations are set. There are 10 underground stations and 2 ground stations, with an average station spacing of 5.5km.

Phase I and phase II projects start from Chengdu South Railway Station, pass through Wuhou District, South high tech Zone, Tianfu new area and Jianyang City, and end at Tianfu airport terminal station, showing a roughly northwest southeast trend. Phase III is planned to extend to north railway station and phase IV to Jianyang south station.

Solution: East Bluestar provides RPC evacuation platform with compressive strength over 120MPa for the project. The RPC evacuation platform made of reactive powder concrete (RPC) high-strength materials, using the design principle of ultra-fine particle dense materials and fiber-reinforced technology, has the advantages of light weight, high strength, fire resistance, earthquake resistance and convenient installation. Under the same bearing capacity, it is only about 50% of the weight of ordinary concrete evacuation platform, which provides a strong support for the construction of safe and durable rail transit.
