Project background: the east-west axis project of Chengdu is designed according to the standard of urban expressway. It is a two-way 12 Lane project, starting from Dujiangyan City in the West and ending at the city boundary of Chengdu City in the East, with a total length of about 150 km. The whole East-West urban axis connects 9 regions such as Dujiangyan, Longquanyi, Jianzhou new city and Jianyang, and connects 14 industrial functional areas along the line. It is known as the East-West "Tianfu Avenue".
As an important axis of the spatial structure of "one heart, two wings, three axes and multi centers" determined by the new round of urban master plan of Chengdu, the East-West urban axis of Chengdu is connected in series with the "two wings of the heart", which will effectively promote the opposite development of Chengdu and Chongqing and the development of capital integration.
Solution: the bridge crash barrier in Longquan section of the project uses performance concrete (UHPC) supplied by donglanxing, which is a precedent in Sichuan Province. This new high-performance cement-based composite material is used to reliably connect the precast anti-collision wall with the bridge, so that it has high durability and mechanical properties, which lays a solid foundation for building quality engineering and ingenuity engineering.
