Sizing material: EBS sizing material has multiple effects such as high strength, good fluidity, plastic protection and no bleeding. At the same time, the product can cause moderate expansion to compensate for the shrinkage of hardened cement mixture in different periods.

The water material ratio is 0.26 ~ 0.28, which can be adjusted according to different grouting parts.

First, add 80% - 90% of the actual mixing water into the mixer, start the mixer, evenly add all the pressure slurry, and mix while adding. After all powder is added, quickly stir for 3min, add the remaining 10% - 20% mixing water, and continue to stir for 2min.

The duration of slurry pressing from mixing to pressing into the duct depends on the temperature, generally within 30 ~ 1H.

The slurry shall be continuously stirred before use and during injection to maintain the uniformity and fluidity of the slurry.

Piston pressure pump or vacuum pump shall be used for grouting, and the pressure shall be greater than 0.7MPa.

During grouting, the slurry temperature shall be kept between 5 ℃ - 30 ℃, otherwise measures shall be taken to meet the conditions.
